The Management of LDH Chemical Logistics, S.A. declares its commitment to quality, food safety, environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance (including AEMPS requirements), and the continuous improvement of its processes. This policy is part of an integrated management system aligned with the requirements of the IFS Logistics standard version 3.0.
The fundamental objective of LDH Chemical Logistics, S.A. is full customer satisfaction, complying with established agreements, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and providing safe, efficient, and responsible logistics services.

Compliance with Requirements
- Guarantee the quality of the services delivered, with a focus on zero defects.
- Ensure timely delivery of agreed quantities according to established deadlines.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Comply with AEMPS regulations for the storage and management of pharmaceutical products.
- Protect IT systems through ICT security policies.
Environmental Commitment

- Identify, assess, and control risks and opportunities that may affect quality, safety, or the environment.
- Establish preventive and corrective mechanisms to mitigate these risks.
Staff Training and Competence
- Ensure ongoing training, development, and awareness-raising for all staff.
- Promote a safe work environment free of drugs, narcotics, and alcohol.
- Positively influence attitudes and behaviors to reinforce safety and organizational commitment.
Supplier Evaluation
- Evaluate, select, and monitor suppliers and collaborators to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Performance Indicators
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve performance in quality, safety, and the environment.
Objectives and continuous improvement

Communication, understanding and availability
This policy:
- Is documented, disseminated, and understood at all levels of the organization.
- Is communicated to all staff as a guiding principle in the performance of their duties.
- Is available to all interested parties, both internal and external, upon request.
Management Review
Senior Management undertakes to review this policy at least once a year, as part of the review of the management system, to ensure its continued suitability, effectiveness, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
